There are no refunds, returns or exchanges prior to receiving your bees.
If you do not pick up your bees when we notify you they are ready for pick up they will be installed in our choice of equipment and you will need to purchase them together with the equipment they are in to include cost to store/feed/manage them which will be a "to be determined" "non-negotiable" cost.
Guarantees include but are not limited to the following:
-Defective queens replaced; diseased nucs (you must have verified by inspector) will be refunded
-No guarantees for mites, pests, absconding, supercedure or other "act of God" issues
*Must make us aware within 48 hours of reciept or guarantees are void
Purchasing these bees will reserve your bees for 2025. You will not receive until then. (Could be anywhere between Jun 1-30, depending on when they are ready).
Please note that in order to provide the best quality delays could occur due to inclement weather. Purchaser will be notified of revised ship date in the event of a shipping delay.
