If you do not pick up your bees on your selected date, the package will be installed in our choice of equipment and you will have to purchase them off the equipment to include cost to store/feed/manage them which will be a "to be determined" "non-negotiable" cost.
Guarantees include but are not limited to the following:
-Defective queens replaced; diseased packages (you must have verified by inspector) will be refunded
-No guarantees for mites, pests, absconding, supercedure or other "act of God" issues
*Must make us aware within 48 hours of reciept
