No refunds or returns prior to receiving your bees.

If you do not accept receipt/receive your bees when we notify you they are ready for delivery they will be installed in our choice of equiptment and you will have to purchase them off the equiptment to include cost to store/feed/manage them which will be a "to be determined" "non-negotiable" cost

Guarantees include but are not limited to the following:

-Defective queens replaced; diseased packages (you must have verified by inspector) will be refunded

-No guarantees for mites, pests, absconding, supercedure or other "act of God" issues
