For Pick Up:
No refunds or returns prior to receiving your bees.
If you do not Pick up your bees when we notify you they are ready for pick up they will be installed in our choice of equiptment and you will have to purchase them off the equiptment to include cost to store/feed/manage them which will be a "to be determined" "non-negotiable" cost
Guarantees include but are not limited (where applicable) to the following:
-Defective queens replaced; diseased packages (you must have verified by inspector) will be refunded
-No guarantees for mites, pests, absconding, supercedure or other "act of God" issues
*Must make us aware within 48hours of reciept
For Shipping:
No refunds or returns
All bee orders are F.O.B. & insured with the USPS for $100. USD. If you want additional insured value contact with requested amount for quote. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim immediately with the USPS for any loss.
